Ingredients

  • 100 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 ml oil, (tasteless)
  • 100 ml Baileys Irish Cream (or similar product)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 175 g butter
  • 175 g powdered suar
  • 175 g cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy so that the cream becomes thick and light. Then add the oil and Baileys and stir briefly. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in briefly.
  2. Put the dough in the paper cases and bake at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Chopstick sample!
  3. Let cool down and in the meantime make the frosting.
  4. Briefly stir the softened butter until smooth and then add powdered sugar, cream cheese and Baileys one after the other and stir in the new ingredient briefly in between. Always stir all ingredients until they form a homogeneous mass.
  5. Adding the Bailey could make the cream too runny. In this case, cool in the refrigerator until the frosting has hardened a little.
