Beef Roll

Beef is usually not very good for making rolls. It takes a very long time to bake. To improve the taste, it needs to be boiled or stewed, which is not good for the appearance of the roll. How to be?

Ingredients

  • Beef – 500 Grams (or ground beef)
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Champnions – 150 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Chicken egg – 1 Piece
  • Salt, spices – To taste

Directions

  1. An excellent roll can be made from beef meat. It will be juicy and tasty. Ask how? I know! Let’s cook. So, cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Fry the onions in vegetable oil. It should become soft and barely ruddy.
  3. Add chopped champignons to the fried onions. I have frozen mushrooms, but you can also take fresh ones.
  4. Fry the onion with mushrooms and cool. Prepare minced meat (or take a store-bought one).
  5. Combine minced meat with egg, salt and spices.
  6. Stir it well, add 0.5 cups of ice water and stir again. This will give the grilled meat a juiciness.
  7. Spread cling film on the table. Put the minced meat on it. Spread it out with your hands so that you end up with a rectangular layer.
  8. Place the mushrooms fried with onions in the center of the meat layer.
  9. Using the film, lift 1 edge, roll the meat layer into a roll.
  10. Secure the edges of the meatloaf, place the roll seam up so that it stays on the foil.
  11. Fold a sheet of foil in half. To prevent the meatloaf from sticking, place a sheet of baking parchment on top of the foil.
  12. On the film, lift the roll, transfer it to the parchment (seam down). This is very easy to do. The film helps a lot.
  13. Join the edges of the foil together. Let’s get a kind of “boat”. Pour 1-2 tablespoon on top of the roll. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake the roll until tender (about 40 minutes-1 hour).
  14. Serve the roll with plenty of greens. It is better to eat it slightly cooled.
