“Big Tasty” Sauce

Ingredients

For the basics:

  • 3 pcs. Boiled egg yolks (yes, you need to boil the eggs)
  • 200 g Sour cream (thick)
  • 1 teaspoon Starch (for density)
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard (if there is no soft mustard, reduce the amount to 1 tablespoon)

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Liquid Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar 9%
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the liquid ingredients and set them aside.
  2. Collect all dry spices on a plate.
  3. Combine the base ingredients. To do this, put the boiled yolks in a bowl and knead them well. Add sour cream and mustard (if there is no soft mustard, reduce the amount to 1 tablespoon).
  4. Add dry and liquid ingredients to the "base" in a bowl. Mix everything well and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Notes

Today we are going to make Big Tasty sauce. I confess - I took a long time to prepare it (either one component was not there, then the other), but the sauce really turned out like in McDonald's.
