- 125 g blackberries
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream

- Sort the blackberries, wash them if necessary and pat dry. Put the sugar, honey and lemon juice in a tall container and puree finely with the hand blender, or use a blender.
- Sprinkle the insides of 2 drinking glasses, each with a volume of approx. 250 ml, with 1 tablespoon of the blackberry puree and toss. It looks great on the outside when you serve it.
- Now the milk and the vanilla ice cream can also be added to the remaining blackberry puree. Mix thoroughly with the hand blender, pour into the glasses and serve immediately.
- Tip: As a decoration, shorten 1 wooden skewer for each glass, skewer 2 - 3 blackberries and place in or place on top.
