Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Bring the milk to the boil, then mix the beaten eggs with the flour and a little milk and add to the rest of the milk, stirring constantly. Bring the whole thing to a boil and pour it into a bowl.
  2. Alternatively, you can separate the eggs, use the yolk as described above, beat the egg white until stiff and finally fold it into the mixture.
  3. A fruit sauce or compote goes well with it.
