Ingredients

  • 1 packet waffles (cannoli)
  • 750 g ricotta
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 3 tablespoon orange peel
  • 100 g chocolate (chocolate droplets)
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • some cherry (s)
  • some powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Drain the ricotta well and strain it through a sieve. Sift the powdered sugar over it. Stir both well. Add chocolate, orange peel and cinnamon and mix gently. Fill the cannoli with a teaspoon. Quarter the cherries and garnish the ends with them. Arrange on a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
