Ingredients

  • 250 g tofu
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Finely chop the tofu with a fork or puree with a magic wand. Add the remaining ingredients and process everything to a firm mass, possibly also add oat flakes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush the parchment paper with oil. Shape the tofu mixture into approx. 24 small balls and place them on the greased baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees) for 20-25 minutes until the balls are golden brown.
