Ingredients

  • 1 beetroot, with leaves
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
  • 1 liter kefir
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon broth (instant)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled

Instructions

  1. Clean the beetroot under running water, cut into small pieces and cover with water and bring to the boil for 20 minutes. In the meantime, cut the cucumber, tomatoes and radishes into small pieces. Press garlic cloves, chop dill without stalks. Set aside the cooked beetroot, season with broth, salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and sugar. The broth shouldn`t be warm. Put aside.
  2. Mix the chopped tomatoes, cucumber and radishes, chopped parsley, dill and garlic with the kefir. Mix the broth with kefir and refrigerate (refrigerator).
  3. Quarter hard-boiled eggs and add. Sprinkle with dill and serve cold.
