Ingredients

  • 180 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • Ladyfingers
  • 250 g raspberries, preferably frozen

Instructions

  1. Mix the crème fraîche and sugar together well. Squeeze 2 - 3 lemons and mix the juice with the powdered sugar to make lemon syrup. Add 2 tablespoon of it to the cream. Grate the zest of a lemon. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the cream.
  2. Retain a few raspberries for decoration, stir the remaining raspberries into a puree.
  3. Spread about 100 g of ladyfingers in a baking dish, with the sugared side facing down, this will make the finished citronisu more stable. Soak the ladyfingers in the remaining lemon syrup. Spread the raspberry puree on top and smooth it out. Cover with the lemon cream and smooth this too. Decorate the lemon sauce with the remaining raspberries. The lemon juice should then be in the refrigerator for 6 - 8 hours.
