Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 pointed pepper, red
  • 2 peppers, green, not very hot, alternatively green pointed peppers
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 10 stalks parsley, smooth
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup, sour, Turkish, alternatively lemon juice
  • a bit salt
  • some olives, black

Instructions

  1. Cut all ingredients into very small cubes or rings and finely chop the parsley. Add salt, olive oil, lemon juice and pomegranate syrup to the vegetables and stir well but carefully. Arrange on a salad plate and garnish with olives. If you want, you can also throw feta cheese cubes over it. Fresh flatbread tastes very tasty with it.
