Ingredients

  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 250 ml cream, well chilled
  • 3 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 20 ml whiskey
  • 4 raspberries for decoration
  • 4 leaves mint, if necessary, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Lightly roast the oat flakes in a pan over low heat while stirring, then allow to cool well. Mix the honey and the whiskey together.
  2. In a bowl, whip the well-chilled cream until stiff and fold in the honey-whiskey mixture and 2 tablespoons of roasted oat flakes.
  3. Layer the raspberries and cream mixture alternately in four tall dessert glasses, whereby the last layer should be cream. Chill for about 1 hour.
  4. Finally, decorate with 1 tablespoon of roasted oat flakes and place a raspberry on each. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
