- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 apples, sweet - sour
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Peel and halve the cucumber. Press out the seeds with a spoon and cut the respective halves into fine slices.
- Peel, core and quarter the apples. Cut into slices of the same size as the cucumber.
- Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper as well as sugar in a bowl and add lemon juice to taste. Then fold in the cucumber / apple mixture and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour until eaten.
- Tastes great with spicy dishes and everything grilled.
