- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 small Head cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
- 1 onion (s)
- salt

- Mix the oil with the curry and heat in a small saucepan. Steam the diced onion in it until translucent. Add the cauliflower and possibly a little water and cook with the lid closed - 12-15 minutes depending on the firmness. Season with salt.
- A simple side dish.
