Curry Potatoes

Curried potatoes go well with rice. This union may seem unusual, but try it. Delicious. In addition to curry, I add ground cumin and chili peppers.

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 2 Pieces
- Curry – 2 Teaspoons
- Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Ground chili pepper – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil – To taste (For frying.)
Directions
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
- Then add all the other spices.
- Simmer the curry potatoes for 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve the cooked curry potatoes with rice.
