Ingredients

  • 75 g butter
  • 1 dl mineral water
  • 35 g yeast
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, I also like sugar syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g raisins
  • 300 g flour, stron for bakin
  • 1 egg (s), whisked

Instructions

  1. Put melted butter in a bowl. Add mineral water and stir in the yeast. Add sugar, salt, egg and raisins. Gradually add the flour with a spoon. Carefully place the dough on a worktop and work it with a light hand - the dough must not become too firm or dry. Let rise for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape into bollers. Follow-up time approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Brush on with the beaten egg and bake for about 12 minutes at 225 °.
  4. Teboller are often served with afternoon coffee. Lukewarm and with cold butter a treat, also for children`s birthday parties.
