Ingredients

  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 9 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 g spelled flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large onion (s), red
  • 200 g mushrooms, brown
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g dill
  • 50 g chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, milk, oil and salt until smooth. Mix the flour with the baking powder and knead with the curd mixture to form a smooth dough. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Finely chop the herbs, peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Mix the sour cream, egg, herbs and onion cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place the herb mixture on it, distribute it evenly with a tablespoon and finally top with the mushrooms. Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
