Ingredients
- 1 medium red cabbage, finely grated
- 2 apples, finely grated
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon horseradish, cream
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper

- To clarify: this salad does not contain feta cheese, but it is still Greek. Even if it can be prepared anywhere in the world. (Red) cabbage salads are one of the typical winter salads in Greece. Grate the red cabbage and apples (removed from the core) with the food processor and mix the two together. For the dressing, dissolve or stir Dijon mustard, cream horseradish, sugar, salt and pepper in red wine vinegar, then mix with the olive oil (hopefully Greek !!!). Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
