Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g mararine
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the topping: (quark topping)

  • 500 g quark
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet pudding (vanilla)
  • 1 cup oil

For the topping: (egg pancake)

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet pudding (vanilla)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 125 g mararine
  • 4 egg (s)
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, margarine, sugar, egg, baking powder and salt in a bowl and make a shortcrust pastry. Put the dough in a greased baking pan.
  2. For the quark topping, mix the quark, milk, egg, sugar, pudding powder and oil together and pour onto the dough.
  3. Separate the eggs for the pancake. Mix the margarine and egg yolks together. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  4. Mix the pudding powder with the sugar. Bring the milk to the boil and remove the pan from the stove. Stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil again, stirring constantly. Add the pudding to the margarine and egg mixture, stir and then carefully fold in the egg whites. Put the finished mixture on the curd.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
