Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder, soluble in boiling water
  • Sugar if necessary
  • 10 ml boiling water
  • 175 ml milk, well chilled
  • 40 ml cold water
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped vanilla ice cream (Bourbon vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Pour the espresso powder into a glass with or without sugar. Add a maximum of 10 ml, or just enough boiling water, so that the powder and sugar dissolve while stirring. Now add 40 ml of cold water and stir. Then pour in the well-chilled milk and stir again.
  2. Finally, put the bourbon vanilla ice cream on top.
  3. Now just enjoy!
  4. There is simply no faster way to get a delicious iced coffee.
