Ingredients

  • a little oil (wok), for frying
  • a little olive oil, for frying
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 ml water
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry paste, e.g. red, yellow or green
  • 5 g iner root, diced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 150 g veetables (Kaiser), frozen
  • 40 g noodles, Asian
  • 40 g soy ranules, or soy pieces
  • 4 Mu-Err mushrooms, soaked in water, can also be left out

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and sweat it in the oils over medium heat. Dice the garlic clove and the ginger root and add. Tomato paste, curry powder and curry paste for about 3 minutes. with fry. Deglaze with the water. Add the emperor vegetables and the bean sprouts and bring everything to a boil. Then add the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add the soy slices over low heat and let stand on the stove for approx. 20 over low heat. Finally add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package, as well as the Mu-Err mushrooms.
