  • 2 egg (s), whisked
  • some flour
  • 100 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. Cut the fennel in half and cook until soft. Briefly turn in a little flour and dip in the egg.
  2. Heat some oil in a large pan and brown the fennel on both sides. Then pour the grated cheese over it and cover the pan. Let it fry again until the cheese has melted.
  3. Arrange on a platter and serve.
