  • 175 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 2 points yeast, fresh
  • 250 g butter
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk

Instructions

  1. Mix and knead everything together; Let the dough rise for 45 minutes. Shape into croissants (not too big, they will still open). Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 5-7 minutes (to test whether the dough is still sticky).
  2. The croissants are ideal as a birthday breakfast, e.g. for kindergarten! If stored in a cool tupper, leftovers will keep them fresh for a few days.
