Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 3 tomato (s), cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
  • 1 cup beans, red, dried
  • 1 point crisps (corn chips), natural
  • 30 g cheese, diced very small

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans overnight and then cook them until cooked. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onion with the chili powder until translucent. Fry the beans for about 6 minutes. Fry the salt and tomatoes for another 3 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture from the pan into a small bowl and mash it with a fork. Season to taste and mix in the cheese.
  3. Serve the dip with corn chips.
