Ingredients

  • Butter and flour for the mold
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 110 ml orange lemonade
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • salt
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice or orange juice
  • some sweets (wine gum - oranges)

Instructions

  1. Grease the wells of the muffin tin with soft butter and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, stir the cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of orange lemonade and the powdered sugar and set aside. Put the flour in a bowl, mix with the baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Open the egg in another bowl and whisk gently with the whisk. Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, remaining orange lemonade and sour cream. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, carefully fold in everything and do not mix with a mixing spoon for too long.
  3. Pour about a third of the batter into the muffin tins, place 1 teaspoon cream cheese filling in each well and fill up with the rest of the batter. Slide the muffin tray on the middle rack in the oven and bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes. Don`t forget to cook. Remove the muffins and let them rest for 5-10 minutes, then remove them from the mold and let them cool.
  4. For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with the juice and brush the muffins with it. Garnish with wine gum oranges.
  5. Tip: You can also replace the orange lemonade with cola and put cola bottles made of wine gum on every muffin.
