Ingredients

  • White cabbage – 1/2 Piece
  • Olive oil – 40-50 Milliliters
  • Lemon – 1/2 Piece
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Granulated garlic – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Cut the head of cabbage into 5-6 pieces. Do not remove the stump.
  3. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon.
  4. Combine lemon juice with olive oil, black pepper, granulated garlic and salt.
  5. Brush the cabbage with the resulting marinade.
  6. Grill the cabbage for 5-7 minutes on each side.
