Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Pat the feta dry with a piece of kitchen paper and then cut into 1cm cubes. Peel the potatoes and put them in a container with water to prevent them from turning brown. Cut the peeled potatoes into quarters lengthways, cut into chips approx. 2 - 3 mm thick and then put them back in a container with water until all the potatoes have been processed.
  2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C lower / upper heat. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
  3. Put the prepared ingredients together with the eggs, yoghurt and oil in a large bowl and mix well. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Sieve the flour together with the baking powder onto the potato mixture and mix well.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly on top and sprinkle with sesame and black cumin seeds.
  5. Bake the potato cake in the hot oven for about 45 minutes. When the degree of browning is desired, take the potato cake out of the oven and let cool down a little.
  6. Enjoy the cake both warm and cold.
