Ingredients

  • 175 g flour
  • 175 g oatmeal
  • 160 g suar, brown
  • 190 g butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 400 g jam, Rabarber

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add the butter and stir everything together. Put 2/3 of them in a baking tin, press together lightly. Spread the jam on top, then put the rest of the dough on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes - or until it is golden brown - but be careful that it is not in the oven for too long, then it will dry out and become hard.
