  • 12 elderflower umbels
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 100 g mararine
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and mineral water well. Add sugar, sifted flour and milk mixed with baking powder. Mix everything into a dough that is not too thick. Carefully wash the elderflower and drain well. Dip each blossom into the batter and fry quickly swimming in the hot fat.
  2. Place the flowers briefly on kitchen paper, dust with powdered sugar and serve hot.
