Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb or veal, sliced
  • thyme
  • salt
  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 small Canned tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes) or peeled
  • olive oil
  • 1 flatbread (s)
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat in olive oil and season with salt and thyme just before the end. Cut the flatbread into small cubes and fry them in melted butter until crispy. Peel the tomatoes, cut into very small cubes and slowly cook in a pan over a low heat. Add the pizza or peeled tomatoes and slowly cook together to make a sauce. Season to taste with salt and garlic. Season the yogurt with a little salt and garlic.
  2. When everything is ready, arrange the plates / portions as follows: Put the bread on the plates. Stuff the meat on the bread. Spread some of the yogurt sauce on the meat. Finally, add some of the tomato sauce to the yogurt sauce.
  3. Tastes very tasty! Is offered with kebab meat at Turks. Is homemade very tasty.
  4. Tip: You can also use any meat you like - depending on your taste. You can also leave out the garlic if you want. Cream yogurt with a high fat content tastes best.
