Ingredients

  • 250 g chocolate, bitter
  • 125 g butter
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Butter and flour for the mold

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Separate the eggs and then mix the 6 egg yolks with the powdered sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix the melted chocolate with the egg yolk well, then carefully fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Pour the dough into a buttered and floured springform pan (28 cm) and bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let the cake cool, turn it out of the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  3. Goes well with: sweetened whipped cream, fresh fruit or mascarpone cream.
