Ingredients

  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 small Glass tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 10 olives, pitted
  • 0.5 ½ glass garlic sprouts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese and low-fat quark until smooth, stir in 2 - 3 tablespoons of the tomato oil. Add the oregano, salt and pepper, squeeze in the garlic. Finely chop tomatoes, olives, garlic sprouts and basil (leave something behind for decoration), stir into the cream. Season again to taste.
  2. Goes with baguette.
