Ingredients

  • 1 liter liqueur (Sobanka pear liqueur 25% vol.) Or Kruškovac
  • 100 ml schnapps (slivovitz 40% vol.)

Instructions

  1. Simple Julischka recipe, which I got from a befriended Balkan restaurant owner. He has been serving this Jule like this in his restaurant for over 30 years.
  2. Simply put everything together in a container, stir a few times and fill into bottles - ideally with an airtight seal (rubber).
  3. It tastes best well chilled (at least in the fridge)!
