Ingredients

  • 8 pork schnitzel
  • 200 g bacon, meaty
  • 250 g chanterelles or champnions
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Parsley, chopped greens
  • some flour
  • some wine, red
  • Nutmeg, soup seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add the chopped bacon and leave until crispy. Add the finely chopped onion and roast until light brown, then add the mushrooms, continue to roast briefly. Add parsley, dust with flour and deglaze with a little water and red wine. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and soup spices. Dip one side of the lightly pounded square schnitzel in flour, fry first on this side, turn and fry briefly on the other side as well. Pour the sauce over it and serve
