Ingredients

  • 3 kiwi (s)
  • 1 papaya
  • 2 mandarin (s)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 100 ml carrot juice
  • 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Halve the papaya, remove the seeds with a spoon. Remove the peel or separate the pulp with a spoon and place in the bowl. Then halve the kiwi fruit and use a small spoon to separate the pulp and place in the bowl.
  2. Halve the mandarins and lime, squeeze and add the juice. Now put the banana in slices with the other fruits and add the carrot juice, oil and sugar and puree everything for at least 1.5 minutes.
  3. You can leave out the oil and sugar if you don`t like it so sweet or if you want to save calories. The result is an approx. 750 ml smoothie that is relatively thick. It can also work well with more carrot juice, a little orange juice and can also be diluted slightly with water.
