Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • some cubes bacon
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 bread dumplings from the day before
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some Milk
  • some parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion. Quarter the cold dumplings and cut into slices.
  2. Let the oil get hot in the pan and fry the dumpling slices briefly brown on both sides. Place the slices on a plate and set aside for a moment.
  3. Leave the bacon in the pan and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Then add the fried dumpling slices. Beat the egg over the dumpling and onion mixture, season with the parsley and spices and fry everything while stirring.
  4. A green salad goes well with it.
