Ingredients
- 400 g rice, (risotto rice)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 liter meat broth
- 0.1 g saffron
- 2 onions)
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 200 ml white wine

- Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the onions in it until translucent. Add the rice and fry it until translucent. Deglaze with the wine. Add the meat stock and simmer for 25 minutes over low heat.
- Then season with saffron, salt and pepper and bring to the boil again.
