Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 65 g suar
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), scraped out pulp from it
  • 1 kg red grits from the refrigerated shelf

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top and bottom heat. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg white with a pinch of salt and 1 pinch of sugar using a hand mixer with a whisk, then chill. Whip the egg yolks with 65 g sugar. Put the flour and baking powder on the egg mixture and fold in together with the almonds with a whisk.

  5. Brush a quarter of the dough with the cream and put some red jelly on top. Put another quarter of dough on top and layer the cake. The last layer should be cream with red jelly.
