  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it

Instructions

  1. Beat the mascarpone and sugar until frothy, add the eggs and stir in. Then sieve the flour with the baking powder and stir in as well. Add the juice of one lemon, mix and then bake in a sponge cake tin for about 45 minutes at 200 ° C.
  2. Very tasty and light, sometimes a nice alternative to the normal butter sponge cake!
