Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head lettuce (s), small
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 small onion (s)

For the dressing:

  • 150 ml kefir
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chives, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lettuce. Wash the pepper, cut in half and remove the partitions. Cut the pepper pieces into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and sauté until translucent.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
  3. First place the lettuce, pepper pieces and onions on plates, then pour the dressing over them.
