  • 100 g pickled cucumber (s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes and cucumber into slices.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche with the tomato paste and a little salt and pepper and stir well.
  3. Heat a pan and fry the minced meat in it, if possible without oil, also season with salt and pepper.
  4. Now put the minced meat in a baking dish and spread the crème fraîche sauce over it. Then distribute the cucumber slices and the processed cheese slices on top. Place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  5. Put the whole thing in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  6. Tip: If necessary, you can cut an iceberg lettuce into small pieces and serve the casserole on top.
