Instructions

  1. For the filling, peel and dice the onion and fry it in a little oil in a saucepan, then add the minced meat. Season with pepper, paprika powder, Vegeta and garlic powder and mix everything well. Remove from the stove. When the filling has cooled down a bit, add the sour cream, whipped cream and flour and mix well.
  2. Make an elastic dough from flour, salt and water. It must not become too dry and firm, but should no longer be sticky. If it still sticks, add flour. Shape the dough into a roll, cut 3 equal pieces and shape into balls. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Then press the balls flat one by one with your hand, roll them out thinly and round with a rolling pin on a floured work surface.
  3. Cut out small squares (8 x 8 cm) with a knife or pastry wheel. Place a little of the meat mixture on each dough square and fold it from the four corners. Make sure that it is tight!
  4. Grease the baking sheet and place the mantia on top. Finally, spread over the Mantia natural yoghurt. Bake in the preheated oven at 250 ° until they are light brown.
  5. After baking, cover the mantia with aluminum foil and a tea towel, let stand for about 10 minutes and then serve.
