Instructions

Process the ingredients for the dough quickly and put the dough in a cool place.
Chop the mushrooms medium fine, the onions very finely and mix well with the other ingredients of the filling and the minced meat.
Roll out the dough about 4mm thick, cut out round slices and distribute the filling on top so that they can be folded up. Press together well at the edges (the parts are about the size of burger rolls). The pies can be eaten warm or cold, they can also be briefly heated in the microwave. A spicy sauce is often served over it.
