Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken legs
  • 3 potato (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
  • 50 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • turmeric
  • Paprika powder
  • some coriander
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 2 cloves garlic)

Instructions

  1. Wash, divide and remove the skin of the chicken thighs. Season properly and knead with your hands, so the taste absorbs well.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Season as well and put in a baking dish. Add some oil and a dash of lemon juice. Add the chicken, a little tomato paste and garlic and fill up with the water. Mix everything again properly. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 160 degrees, until the meat is through and the potatoes are soft.
  3. Mosli is traditionally eaten with bread.
