• 350 grams sugar
• 5 egg (s)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 160 g oil
• 200 g hazelnuts, round
• 230 g flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• 100 g drink powder, (Nesquik)
• 1 cup coffee, colder

Instructions

1. Make a batter from all the ingredients.
2. Grease a baking pan or line it with baking paper, fill in the dough and bake for about 40 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
3. Baking in the jar:
4. - with a 1/4 liter glass also 40 minutes (stick test very important)
5. - for a 1/2 liter glass also for 40 minutes, then leave it in the switched off oven for another 5 minutes.
