  • 2 potato (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 40 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and grate the potatoes or press them through a potato press. Finely dice the onion. Mix both with the minced meat, add mustard and caraway seeds, mix well and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into dumplings and fry on both sides in hot vegetable oil.
