Ingredients

  • 1 bottle schnapps, grain (700 ml)
  • 1 cup sugar candy, white
  • 6 drops oil, aniseed oil (pharmacy)

Instructions

  1. The production of several bottles is recommended.
  2. Put the Korn bottle in a larger bottle or canister, add a cup of rock candy and 6 - 8 drops of aniseed oil. Close the vessel.
  3. Let stand for about a week and stir / shake once a day. When the rock candy has dissolved, the ouzo is ready.
  4. Put the finished ouzo in the cleaned grain bottles, put it in the freezer and let it taste.
