Ingredients

  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 4 medium onion (s)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 3 large beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 3 packs saffron, 0.125 g each
  • 1 bag (s) squid (s), rings, frozen
  • 1 package prawns, frozen, whole
  • 1 packet prawns, peeled
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 0.5 liter ½ white wine or beer
  • water
  • 1 kg rice

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, garlic and peppers and fry them. Add the chopped tomatoes. Add the calamares. Add meat. Add the prawns just before the rice, when the meat and calamares are almost done. Season with saffron, salt and pepper. Add beer or wine. Add rice and fill up with approx. 0.4 l water. Cook for a total of approx. 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of cooking, place the prawns with the pods on top.
