Ingredients
Large shrimps – 25-30 pcs. (any can be)
Smoked sausage – 200 g
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Green peas (frozen) – 0.5 cups
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Round rice (variety of rice for pilaf) – 1 glass
Chicken broth – 2.5 cups
Olive oil – 6 tbsp
Ground sweet paprika – 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
Saffron – 1 teaspoon
Parsley parsley – 0.5 cups
Salt to taste

Directions
Peel the shrimp. Fry the removed shells in a pan, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 4 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of saffron, 2 teaspoons of salt to the pan, stir and pour over the chicken broth (2.5 cups). Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Strain the finished broth.
Pour 2 tablespoon into the pan. tablespoons of olive oil and place chopped semi-smoked sausage on the bottom in a circle. Fry in a pan for 1 min.
Add finely chopped garlic and onion, continue to fry for 2 minutes. Then pour in 1 cup of rice and mix everything well, the rice should be covered with oil. Add half a cup of green peas, cayenne pepper and salt. Top with shrimps and bell peppers, cut into strips. Pour in 2 cups of prepared strained broth. Put rice with vegetables, shrimps and sausage in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and bring the rice to cook on the stove, 10 minutes over low heat.
Sprinkle the paella with shrimps, sausage and vegetables with finely chopped parsley leaves. Paella with shrimps is ready. Always delicious!
