  • 1 head white cabbage
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • some vinegar, salt, pepper
  • 100 g mararine

Instructions

  1. Clean the head of white cabbage and cut into small pieces, place in a large saucepan with water and steam until soft. At the same time, cook the peeled potatoes. The boiled potatoes are now mashed, the white cabbage, which has meanwhile boiled soft, is poured off. Add the potatoes to the cabbage. Also add the margarine (butter), salt, pepper and a little vinegar and stir well.
  2. You can serve anything with it, preferably with baked fish
  3. or eat without anything.
