- 1 head broccoli
- 4 turkey schnitzel
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 400 g sweet cream
- 1 bunch basil
- 100 g cheese (raclette)
- salt and pepper

- Cook the noodles al dente. Divide broccoli into florets, blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, remove, rinse in cold water and drain.
- Season turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper, fry in a pan for about 5 minutes while turning. Finely dice the onion. Remove the schnitzel and sauté the onion in the frying fat. Dust with flour and sweat briefly, deglaze with soup and cream, simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Pluck the basil leaves and cut into coarse strips. Pour into the sauce, season with salt and pepper. Cut turkey schnitzel into strips, mix the pasta with broccoli and schnitzel and place in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over it, coarsely grate the cheese and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
